LX3V-4H PLC could support Y0 upto 200KHZ,Y1 upto 200KHZ,Y2 100KHZ Y3 100KHZ.Total Y0+Y1+Y2+Y3 can't overstep 400KHZ. for example if Y0=200KHZ,Y1=200KHZ.then Y2 upto default 10KHZ.Y3 upto default 10KHZ.(Our MT relay default upto 10KHZ) or Y0=100KHZ,Y1=100KHZ,Y2=100KHZ,Y3=100KHZ. LX3VP-4H PLC could support Y0=200KHZ,Y1=200KHZ,Y2=200KHZ,Y3=200KHZ.

Point 1:About software
Lx3V-4LTC-Module with PID command. If you want to use PID. You only need set some parameter about PID function. You do not need make a new PID instruction in plc project.
Lx3V-4TC-Module does not have PID command in module. If you want to use PID to output. You need make a new PID instruction ladder program.
Point 2:About hardware Lx3V-4LTC-Module with four channel to output transistor port (PID control).
Lx3V-4TC-Module do not have any output port.
Point 3:About electric isolation
Lx3V-4LTC-Module with four different GND channels.
Lx3V-4TC-Module only have one common GND. So if isolation sensor could use in 4TC.Non-isolated sensor could use in 4LTC.

Warring: make sure to power off the PLC before mounting or removing the BD or Module .If you do not power off. The PLC is easy to burn down.

Wecon module have two type:
1. One is special module. It could support analog signal input/output.(for example LX3V-4AD-Module. It supports 4----20mA or -10-10V analog input.) Wecon LX3V plc support max 16 PC special. Because the plc programming need the station of module. The range of station is 0----15.
2. The other one type is X/Y module. LX3V PLC could support X0------X255,Y0-----Y255.If you use LX3V X/Y module,you can't over X255 and Y255 point. LX3VP PLC could support X0------X377,Y0-----Y377.If you use LX3V X/Y module,you can't over X377 and Y377 point. (The address is octal:X0-----X7,X10-------X17,X20-------X27,...............X255)Total point is 198 point (The address is octal:X0-----X7,X10-------X17,X20-------X27,...............X377)Total point is 304 point
3. You need to calculate the power. If the power can't enough. The number of module need to decrease. Please check the calculate Tool in the attachment.
The power have two kinds. One is the internal power. Other one is Sensing Power.
The Internal Power can't add by yourself. It is confined to PLC hardware.
The Sensing Power is offered by DC24V.You could make a power of DC24V to Module.
You need to discuss the three point to calculate the number of Module.
Note(LX3V-0806 and LX3V-1208 can not support module extended port.)

There are 3 ways to download project.
1) Using COM2 port via RS232 cable
2) Using USB-B port via USB cable
3) Using Ethernet port via network. (PI 3000 also could support it, but require Ethernet port)

There are also 3 ways to upload the project, when connect HMI to PC, please follow the steps,
1) Open the “Download.exe” application;
2) Click “PC to HMI” for uploading;
3) The .wmt file will be uploaded;
4) Please decompile the “.wmt” file.

FAQ for Yudian ATC KHOAT Below:

From right side to left side, the first, second, third and fourth digit of AOP individually indicate the alarm output terminal of HIAL, LoAL, HdAL, and LdAL. 0 shows no output. 1, 2, 3 or 4 indicates alarm outputted to AL1, AL2, AU1 or AU2. For example,
AOP = 3 3 0 1
It shows that HIAL is sent to AL1, LoAL has no output, HdAL and LdAL are sent to AU1. Note 1: When AUX is used as auxiliary output in bidirectional (heating/refrigerating) control, alarm to AU1 and Au2 won’t work.
Note 2: Installing L5 dual relay output module in ALM or AUX can implement AL2 or AU2 alarm.

In basic display status, press enter button (1st from left side) and hold for about 2 seconds can access Field Parameter Table. Pressing enter button can go to the next parameter. Enter 808 in LOC parameter. You can use shift button (2nd from left side) to move to the digit expected to modify. Press UP & DOWN key for increasing and decreasing digit value. Go to the INP parameter and select your input type according table.

Programming of AI series instrument has uniform format of temperature-time-temperature, which means that temperature set for current Step will change to temperature set for next Step after the time set for the current Step. The unit of temperature set is and the unit of time set is minute. The following ℃example includes 5 steps, which is linear temperature heating up, constant temperature, linear temperature cooling down, jump cycling, ready, Hold and event output.
StEP1: C01=100 , t01=30 Start linear temperature heating up from 100 , and the time needed is 30 ℃ minutes.
StEP2: C02=400 , t02=60 Raise temperature to 400 , slope of ℃ raising curve is 10 /minute, and the time for temperature to remain constant is 60 minutes.
StEP3: C03=400 , t03=120 The Step for temperature cooling down, slope of cooling curve is 2 /minute, and the time ℃ needed is 120 minutes.
StEP4: C04=160 , t04=0 The program get in Hold state, and run operation executed by operator is needed for the program to continue running to Step 6.
StEP5: C05=100 , t05=-1 Alarm 1 is switch off, and jump to StEP1 to start from beginning. For would stop by entering -121 in last Txx.
